330ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus hops some over ripe fruit and a little cereal. Taste is more of the nice citrus hop forward a little brett almost.

Es kommt mir so vor, dass viele Craftbrauer in letzter Zeit auf alt-österreichische Begriffe zurückgreifen, um Namen für ihre Kreationen zu finden. Hier nimmt man das Wort Guatsl, was eine meist kleine, gute, Süßigkeit ist. Es ist durch das Roggenmalz bernsteinfarben und zeichnet sich durch einen angenehmen Karamell-Geschmack aus. Keine Aromenspielerei, aber durchaus drinkable.
