Bottle at tasting, thanks Cuso. Malty and light hoppy aroma and taste with elderflower, medium bitter. Light to medium body, malty elderflower bitter finish. Ok.

Leicht eingetrübte dunkelgelbe Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch mit Karamell. Geschmacklich malzig, getreidig, schwach hopfig mit Karamell und Nüssen. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit sanfter Kohlensäure.

Bottle. Malty aroma, caramel, light honey notes. Tastes the same as aroma, hoppy notes, light sweet and light to medium bitter. Medium body, malty and hoppy bitter sweet finish. Ok.

Pours clear golden colour, topped with a smaller white head, nicely lasting. Mild fruity hoppy nose, some hay notes as well. Mildly sweet start, followed by quite sharp herbal bitterness which is not too nice. A bit metallic feel in the finish. Shorter aftertaste. Lighter body. No the best one really.

Auch dieses Woif-Bier hat einen ordentlichen Geschmack nach Brot, wobei er mich aber mehr an Weißbrot erinnert. Auch das Malz spielt eine Rolle, aber eher nur als Unterlage. Dabei ist das Bier recht vollmundig mit leicht hopfigen Abgang. Nicht unbedingt, was man erwartet, aber eines muss man dem Bier lassen: Es hat einen eigenständigen Charakter und der ist ok.

Ein Bier mit Urgetriede (Troad - das Dialekt-Wort nutzt auch die Gösser-Brauerei) gebraut. Es besticht mit würziger Brotigkeit bzw. brotiger Würzigkeit. Schwarzbrot mit Anis und Fenchel kommt mir in den Sinn. Ein interessantes Konstrukt, das ich nicht schlecht finde.

33cl bottle. A almost clear amber beer with a mid-sized white head. Aroma of herbal and floral hops, wheat. Taste of grassy and floral bitter hops, herbs, tea, wheat, medium bitterness.
