Op tap bij Brüderla, sampler tray. Mistig lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, grassig, bloemig, moutig, hint van citrusschil, degelijk bitter. Lichte body. Meest interessante van het stel geproefde bieren.

Op tap bij Brüderla, sampler tray. Donker roodamber kleur, witte kraag. Moutig, wat caramel, toast, vrij droog, niet heel zoet, iets fruitig, bitter. Lichte body. Weinig spannend bier.

Op tap bij Brüderla, sampler tray. Amber kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, hint van toast, caramelzoetje, redelijk droog, typisch Vienna-stijl wat mij betreft. Lichte body. Niet heel spannend, wel degelijk.

Klare strohgelbe Farbe, cremige, relativ feinporige und stabile Schaumkrone; in der Nase zurückhaltend, getreidig-strohig, etwas grasiger Hopfen; im Geschmack eine unangenehm metallisch-bittere Note, hellmalzig und leicht würzig, insgesamt nicht wirklich stimmig.

Bottle from Meibier. Aroma is grainy malt, touch of straw, lightly grassy hop. Picking up a hint of caramel. Flavour is a bit sweeter than I like my Helles, with a light bitterness. Medium body. Decent stuff.

Bottle from Bierothek Bamberg. Impressive clear ruby red! Golden brown foam. Toasted, juicy malt, light caramel & berries. Medium body, surprisingly dry, light metallic, sparkly. Roast caramel, berries, but absolutely no cloying notes, bitter chcolate, juicy malt finish. Nice one!

On tap at Bruderla Bamberg. Light haze on a golden beer lasting white head. Hoppy yes. Some cereal flavour. Clean. Interesting Some character. But a clean good slightly malty pils with plenty of finishing hop sting.

On tap at Bruderla Bamberg. Clear deep russet colour thin tan head. Spicy rye aroma and then in flavour too. Competent. Spicy finish is lasting and kicks a punch. Decent.
