On tap at Bruderla Bamberg. Hazy amber colour. Thin head. Malty toast aroma. Yes a malty beer. A little too under attenuated especially for a vollbier ok. But needed a bit more time to ferment out all that malt.

On tap at Bruderla Bamberg. Clear gold colour. Lasting white head. Yeasty aroma. Decent helles. Lemon. Full in mouth. I thought pretty zingy. Nice hop lemon sting on the finish. I thought pretty and would happily have again.

500 ml bottle. Almost clear golden with a fluffy head. Quite metallic, grainy, fruity. Metallic bitterness. Medium bodiee, oily texture, lively carbonated, metallic bitter finish. Not great.

BroBier Hop Snake Red Ale, Flasche von Weyermann, BA. - Rotbraun, klar. - In der Nase schwere, runde exotische Hopfung: Bitterorange, Mango, Kiefernharz, Anklänge an Waldbeeren und Nougat. - Im Antrunk schwere zitrusfruchtige und florale Hopfenherbe mit Grapefruit und Waldbeeren. Satte harzige Bittere übertönt die zart karamellige Restsüße; der solide Körper von Wiener Malz kommt aber doch zur Geltung. Milder rezent, vollmundig, leicht trocken & zart rauchig. Im Abgang etwas gebremste, dennoch schwere Hopfenbittere mit Tabak, Kiefernharz und erdigen Zügen. - Kerniges Red Ale mit wuchtiger, gedämpft exotischer Hopfung. Prima. (18.10.2023.)

ABV: 5.2%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy and open, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, light grain, moderate hoppy, flowers, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, fruity hops, flowers, hops bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
