Slightly unclear golden with a creamy head. Lemon zest, brioche, vanilla, butter, floral grassy hops. Hoppy zesty bitterness, bready buttery sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty hoppy bready bittersweet finish. Nice! Basically liquid bread with Saaz hops.

Tap at Polepšovna ducha. Hazy yellow body, thick off-white head. Lightly rustical, vaguely sulfury, yolky, somewhat herbal-hoppy aroma. Lean, dry, bitter taste, low malty and vague yeasty notes, mostly the lovely herbal and lightly citric hoppy profile, leading into a big bitterness - brought forward by the lean body, but not overwhelming. Excellent stuff!

Draught (Pivni Pristav, Prague) - Golden with a white head and a slight haze. Grass and herbs in the aroma. Fairly bitter taste with notes of grass, bread and herbs all vying for attention.

Tap at Pivni pristav. Med body, medium carbo. Medium bitterness, low sweetness, dry. Classic lager feeling, light diacetyl, light honeyish maltiness, but overall hops-centered, with moderate saaz character. Pleasantly rounded, easy drinking, tasty. Very good.

PET from the brewery. Hazy golden body, white head. Somewhat citric, tea notes, light peachy, mildly buttery, but mostly pleasant. Creamy taste, sweet citrus, ending dry and bitter. Actually very much okay. One of the best Mouchas yet!

Tap at the Žižkov fest. Hazy golden body, white head. Somewhat stale fruity aroma, lightly herbal, hmm. Wheaty malty notes in the taste, herbal, but stale sadly again. Weirdly, it feels like it came out of a slightly old PET bottle, not from tap. Guess it just varies a lot...
