€-Fläschla: Golden, nearly clear, medium-sized white and lacy head, that slowly collapses, mild to moderate grassy-hayish nose with grains and glue in the background; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, pretty light bodied, not soft; mildly lingering bitter-sweet finish with traces of hayish hops and wet paper. NOT an archetypal franconian Bier...

Fläschla: Deep golden, clear, small - but creamy and stable - off-white head; moderate bitter-sweet aroma of pale malt, honey and medical ("band-aid") hops; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, medium-bodied, sticky; lingering bitter-sweet finish, dominated by weird herbal-pharmaceutical flavours. Disappointing...

(clear-glass-bottle, 33cl) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Light-struck aroma of sulfuric malt with notes of molasses and vagetables. Sweet flavour, stickily full bodied with a tame carbonation. Sweetish malty base with vegetables, light-struck taste with subtle fruity notes, traces of alcohol. Poured the rest away, sorry. 14.VI.18

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Doughy malty nose with notes of brimstone. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Sour dough malt mixed up with sulfur, mineralic notes and metal towards the finish. Something went wrong here. 14.VI.18
