Bocken varer lige til påske. Golden with a small white head. Bready malt aroma with herbal hops. Sweetish malty flavour with a herbal touch and some black pepper and cabbage.

Aus der Flasche im 2017-12 getrunken. Ein typisches fränkisches Landbier. Leider etwas charakterlos und mit einen dünnen Körper. Ein Bier gegen den schnellen Durst mehr nicht.

Pours gold from the bottle with a frothy white head. Aroma is bready, dank, a touch rubbery. Taste is sweet with a mild peppery bitterness at the finish. Reminds me of a Kellerbier in terms of taste and aroma. Medium bodied with a carbonation average for the style. Not bad, but on the whole not very memorable.

0.5l bottle. Clear, light brown body with a white head. Aroma and taste of bread, toast, grains and floral hops. Starts sweet, but the finish is a bit bitter. OK beer.

Witzige kleine Handgranate, trüb, hohe Karbonisierung. In der Nase Zitrone. Setzt sich im Trunk deutlich fort, etwas sauer, dann süß. Vermisse den Biergeschmack. Trotzdem erfrischend und nicht zu pappig.

Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with hoppy and malty notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with estery and malty notes. Estery and acidic aftertaste with bitter hints. Not exactly a streak of genius, and by no means of originalit, but definitely a drinkable beer.

Bottle, 5.3%. Mild fruity aroma, slightly ashy. Almost clear pale yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is papery and watery. Bready finish. Low bitterness. The finish is perhaps a little better than the rest, the paper tastes more like malt here. Apart from that, not very interesting.
