21/4/2020. Sample courtesy of the Højbjerg massive. Pours dark amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma of toffee, brown sugar, pastry, baked apple and nut. Medium sweetness and light bitterness. Moderate body, slight oily texture. Sweet toffee strudel finish. Not bad.
