Pours a slightly hazy light golden colour and a creamy off white head with a 0,5 cm retention until the end. Aroma's of bready malt, a bit fruity, wort. Retronasal it's fruity sweet. Flavour is light sweet and light bitter. Light bodied. Soft carbonation. Short moderate bitter finish.

From the stone mug at the source. Color, probably gold. A creamy white head lingers for the duration. Herbal aroma, peppercorn, grassy. Taste is bitter the whole way through with a touch of spice at the finish. Soft, slightly sweet, malty, white bread sweetness underneath. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Body both chewy and smooth. Nice!

Bottled. Yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is bready malts, some grass, herbs and mild wood. Flavour is bready and biscuity malts along with some herbal, grassy and mild earthy tones to it.

Ungespundet@Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm. Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a big white long lasting head. Aroma is bready malts and some crispness with mild grassy and herbal tones. Flavour is quite bitter with some grassy and herbal notes along with quite a big malty body to it too. Highly enjoyable atleast when it's this fresh.

1L at Dorfkeller Lieberth. Steinkrug. Bready, malty, crispy, very fresh with some light hoppy bitterness. Very easy drinkable.

On tap at HopDog. Hazy amber, nice head on gravity. Very crisp clear bitterness like a winter's morning. Lemon notes in the hop character. A bit of nice grain backbone in there. It has a bit of something strange/off in the aftertaste, not sure what. Overall a tasty pour.
