Bottle from Biervana, bottled 53 hours ago, many thanks hawanna for bringing this back! Clear golden color with fluffy white head. Aroma is malty, grassy, cereals. Taste is cereals, medium sweet maltiness, a bit rural, sugar icing, noble hop finish. Fatty oily Landbier mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Very drinkable and balanced, very well-made, but definitely not on par with the unfiltered version.

Bottle. Lightly hazy golden, white foam. Hay, grassy, light rural and mineral. Medium body, chewy, light sparkly, a hint bubblegum, broad land Bier, but fresh! Quite moreish.

Golden, slightly hazy body, with a big, stable, fluffy, lacing, white head.
Aroma of bread, hay, grass, flowers, fresh herbs, some honey, some fruits.
Tastes similar, with some more bitter hops.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes very crisp, medium bitter, floral, herbal, grassy, hoppy, hayish, bready, subtly sweet.
Lovely. Extra point for the balance from me, which is really outstanding. Smooth and subtly sweet, with some creaminess to it, while also very crisp, with enough bitterness and lovely herbal and floral notes throughout. I also really like the bready notes. Great Lager I could drink all day.

Bocken varer lige til påske. Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with bread and grain. Sweetish malty flavour with bread crust and grain and a light herbal bitter finish.

(privately tapped at the brewpub) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and firm foamy head. Slightly yeasty malty aroma with notes of cereals, white bread, as well as a good dash of citric and herbal hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation. Delicately doughy malty taste with notes of bread, cereals and a good herbal and subtle fruity hoppy bite; lingering hop-spicy and mildly sweet malty finish. Extremely balanced and more-ish brew, cries out for more. 25.XI.17
