Tap at Lieberth from a freshly tapped Keg, in a very generous action of Mister Alfred Lieberth outside the opening hours, 2017-11-25. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is super juicy hops, Fruchtgummi, bready, cereals, amazingly fresh and fruity. Taste is juicy Fruchtgummi, bready malts, more cereals, a touch mineralic, a touch earthy and grassy, but mostly just super juicy fresh Franconian Fruchtgummi. Super silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Absolutely stellar and unspeakably tasty, this can compete with Witzgall in its best condition. One of the most memorable beer moments of my entire life.Tap at the Lieberth-Keller am Kreuzberg, 2018-06-03. More rustic, less well-lagered, but somehow fits the season better than the god juice we had back in November. An incredibly great Bier that blows me away every time.

Extraordinary tap at the brewery. Cloudy golden, off white cream. Super fresh. Hayish malt, round fruity, minerally bitter dry grassy, citruspeel. Fresh, super drinkable.

Bottle. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is bready, citrusy, herbal. Taste is citrusy, herbal hops, a touch caramel, bready, grassy, a touch hazelnut, a touch honey, with a nice fruit character (pear and apricot). Super velvety mouthfeel with natural carbonation. A lovely and subtle Franconian Lager!

Tap @ Brauereigasthof. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma had fresh malt and noble hops. Flavor was fairly dry for the style and in the end a pronounced bitterness kicked in. Clean and fresh.

Gravity firkin @FrankenBierFest (Rome). Pours golden with a medium white head. Aroma of bread crust, hay, corn, milk bread, amazing! Flavour is perfectly balanced, medium malty with a perfect bitter end, so gentle, refined and drinkable. Medium rounded body, medium carbonation. Great!!!

Bottle purchased at Les Vignerons in Rome-Italy. Filtered golden pour, clear-filtered; frothy white cap. Nose: not a fresh bottle (I assume). Yeasty-bread, reminiscence of German hops, grass. Mouth: important carbonation, pepper, a bit honey with a soft grassy note. Enjoyable.

Bottle purchased at Les Vignerons in Rome-Italy. Hazy golden pour, tick white frothy foam. Nose: extra rich bread character, crumb, cereals! Complex. Mouth: medium carbonation going soft, clean, cereals, a bit mineral and watery but truly tasty. Great lager bier!
