Description
Seven Sisters Brewery started as a home brew project when Chris’ wife bought him a kit for his birthday. As a passion for brewing outgrew the confines of their flat off Seven Sisters Road, he started getting involved in the London amateur brewing community. Smashing out an insanely good Honey & Thyme Saison for his wedding was the start of something special and the success snowballed from there. Chris moved from his home setup into commercial brewing and delivering orders on his bike. A chance encounter with Julio led to him joining the team to help increase sales and start making deliveries by car. Deliveries have since surpassed the use for Julio’s car and brews are now on a much larger scale. We hope you like them as much as we do.

Amarillo, Cascade, Mosaic and Apollo hops. Hazy orange - amber beer, big cream colour head. Smooth palate, airy, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth creamy malts, a little caramel. Mild pine, mild floral sweetness. Sweetish tangy orange and marmalade. Swestish tropical fruits. Tangy spice. Smooth piney finish. Hangs together well.

Keg at Ubrew. It pours cloudy orange - amber with a medium white head. The aroma is sweet, juicy, orange, peach, candy, bread, toasty grain and a touch of caramel. The taste is crisp, bitter, quite floral, herbal, bitter orange, marmalade, pine needles, grass and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Perfectly OK, but lacks a but of clarity.

Bottle at Ubrew. It pours clear golden with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is rich, herbal, hay, spice, straw, grass and lemongrass. The taste is crisp, bitter, herbal, spice, lemongrass, cracker and salted citrus peel with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Actually not too bad.
