Bottle. A clear, dark amber beer topped by a small, light beige head. Rather malty aroma, with a solid dose of honey and herbs. The flavor has a pleasant bitterness, but I’m not sure it goes well with the honey and herbs. Some notes of dried fruits blends in. It’s quite sweet. Full to medium body, low on carbonation. Certainly not a favorite, although a small glass is fine. Don’t think I could finish a whole bottle. 130205

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber with a small tan head. Aroma is honey, toasted malty and caramelish. Sweet, honey, floral and light citrusy fruity. Sweet honey finish.

Bottle. Pours clear dark golden with airy white head. Light aroma of cheap apple juice. Bitter-sweet in a queer way. Rather unbalanced, as if some apple cores were accidentaly added to the cask. Watery finish. Perhaps an acceptable refresher.

Bottle, 4.5%. Fruity aroma, apple, I guess. Clear warm, dark golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is sweet and slightly appley. Tastes OK, but the fruit does not go too well with the bitterness. Refreshing, though.

Bottle. Pours clear copper brown with thick but unstable slightly tan head. Clear aroma of malt. Malty, slightly raosted taste. A little dry aftertaste. Not bad, but I keep wondering what warrants the name.
