Bottle, 4.9% @ Torben Mathews tasting. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hop and a little citrus. Flavour is malt, grainy, hop, little sweet, cardboard and a little bitter.

Bottle at Torben Mathews tasting. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Strong light chocolate notes. Heavy sweet and light bitter chocolate flavor. Average light bitter chocolate finish. Watery chocolate palate. Chpocolate everywhere and it is not pleasent.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews smagning 2012-11-21. Pours reddish black with white head. Aroma is dark chocolate, dark Bounty chocolate bar, Bailey’s Irish Cream and Malibu. Taste is very sweet and faint bitter. Body is watery to oily with soft carbonation. Finish is very strange and follows the aroma. Maybe this is good with sweet deserts?

Bottle @ Torben Mathews smagning 2012-11-21. Pours clear golden with big white head. Aroma is straw and malt. Taste is initial sweet, then medium bitter. Body is watery with good carbonation. Finish is straw, malt, bread and done bitterness.

Bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with tan head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel. Ditto taste. An ok porter, though perhaps a little too boozy. But that is understandable, considering the ABV.

Bottle, 9.0%. Creamy aroma. Very dark brown colour, seems clear. Small stable brown head. The flavour has some liquorice, it is salty and sweet. Good roasted finish - and still creamy.
