Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ninkasi. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a lacing white head. Sweet malty, almost honeyish aroma. Medium body, clean sweet malts, again a honeyish sweetness, some grassy hops. Perhaps a little to the sweet side, but otherwise nice. 120412

Bottle @ yespr. Pours a dark brown color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty grainy chocolate and caramel aroma. Roasted malty bitter chocolate flavor. Has a sweetish roasted malty chocolate bitter caramel finish.

Bottle. A reddish dark brown beer, looking clear, and it’s topped by a minimal sized dark beige head. The aroma has some butterscotch, as well as toffee and molasses. Sweetness, a solid dose of licorice, some roasted malts, a faint alcohol touch and molasses in the flavor. Full body, lightly sticky on the palate. Roasted end. Overall, certainly a nice Baltic porter. 110610

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ninkasi. Pours an opaque black with an inch thick light brown head leaving some lacework. Sweet roasty nose with lots of dark dried fruit. Solid body, heavy roast, manure, licorice and dark fruits. Has a slight tartness to it. Serious stuff. 200312
