Bottle from Hopfen & Malz. Brownish black with a tan head. Aroma of toasted malts and dark fruits. Flavour is coffee malt, chocolate cream, dry roasted smoke base. Sweet milk coffee finish.

Bottle, 1.0%. Good fruity aroma. Hazy golden colour. Fizzy white head. The flavour is fruity, citric with a pungent fruit note and a strange papery sweetness in the finish. Spicy sweetness which must be from the mead.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and honey,mwith some estery and fruity touches. Bitter, hoppy and citric flavour with notes of fruit and honey and touches of yeast. Bitter and slightly woody aftertaste. Decent for the style.

500ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small, thick, creamy, fairly lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty dark malty and fruity, slightly spicy aroma, notes of dark chocolate, spicy hints of liquorice and marmite, notes of cherry, morello, a touch plum and red berries. Taste is slightly sweet, roasty, chocolately dark malty, tart-ish fruity counterpart with notes of morello, cherry, a touch of plum, spicy hints of liquorice and marmite. Lingering, minimally sticky, chocolately and fruity finish; oily texture, smooth, soft, creamy palate. Harmonious, balanced composition. Good!
