On tap at the Brewpub. Leicht trübes orangegoldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch leicht malzig, fruchtig, dezent gehopft. Geschmack fruchtig, malzig, mild gehopft, Karamell.

From a gravity wood barrel at Macche in Rome, opened and poured directly by Manuele. This beer pours amber colour with a nice and consistent white foam. The aroma are thin bready malts and a pleasant hoppiness. The beer stays dry in the mouth, balanced and with the consistence of bread. Nice lager!

Tap @ Brewery, Geisfeld. From the wood. Pours amber with a creamy head and lacings. Very bready and grassy hoppy. Clean, dry and hoppy. Very tasty! Numerous drinking sessions over the years.. Amazing.

(live at the Brauereigasthof) Hazy, golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Particularly grainy malty aroma with very present herbal hoppy notes. Well-rounded malt- and hops-character with grainy spots and a whiff of barnyard in he positive sense; dry and lasting herbal hoppy finish. Very pleasant. 26.I.14

On tap at the brewery in Geisfeld. It’s golden, cold and quite hoppy and very decent. Pretty hoppy in fact, some toffee. Good.

On tap at the brewery Gasthof, 19 July 2012. Amber coloured with a decent, off-white head. Aroma of tartish hedgerow fruit, a hint of chocolate powder and leafy hops. Flavour was malty, with more fruit, a touch of yeasty and flinty edge, leading to a soft finish. Very drinkable and a bargain at less than 2 euros.

Wenig herber Antrunk, absolut mild. Der Hopfen ist absolut verwässert, ersetzt sich zum Mittelteil ein. Wenig nussig, aufgrund der Wässrigkeit legit sich dies recht schnell. Wegen der vorherrschenden Milde eher langweilig, die Würzigkeit gibt zu wenig herb, obwohl die Grundtöne vielversprechend sind. Herb-wässriger Abgang. 8/7/8/8//8

Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown colour. Stable light brown head. Good roasted flavour, roast barley. Gets caramelly after a while, but I do not get any coffee or liquorice. An atypical German Schwarzbier, but good.

Clear golden with a tiny white head. Malty aroma with hints of hops. Flavour had malt, grassy hops and straw. Finished somewhat dry and bitter.
