Meine 1000ste Brauerei auf Ratebeer. - Schneider Lager Hell, Flasche vom Biershop Bayern. - Tief goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase dezentes, sauber gerstiges helles Malz, Anklänge an Zitrusfrucht und Aprikose, sehr milde kräuterige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk fein süßlich-keksig hellmalzig mit gut abgestimmter zarter Frucht, etwas Trockenobst. Sehr milde, fein zitronige Hopfenherbe mit delikater Kräuternote. Durchschnittlich rezent, schlank. Leicht schaler Abgang mit sehr milder Hopfenherbe. - Sauberes, stimmiges Helles. Ausgezeichnet.

Amber/red. Aroma is grainy, some slightly burnt toffee, pear. Taste is sweetish dried apricot, some sulfuric dry stuff. Grainy and a bit dusty on the tongue. Ok.

Bottle. Hazy amber color with white head. Aroma is wheat beer yeast (yes, very confusing), caramel, banana. Taste is caramel, mineralic, chalky, bananas. Mineralic finish. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Bottle. Minerally, some DMS, light roast/cocoa and fruit. Light hazy amber red, amber foam. Medium light, gunpowder/DMS, light roast and fruit, dry, does not seem that clean to me.

Tap(@Brauerei Schneider Essing): Presumably hazy amber coloured, lacy creamy white head; mild to moderate toasty-malty with a reduced fresh hoppy background; mild bitter-sweet flavour, more light than medium bodied, but at least quite soft; pretty short and thinnish malty-toasty finish with a molecular traces of balancing hops. Not really necessary…

Copper with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of bready malt fresh grain and a little herbal hops. Sweet, malty flavour with overtones of caramel and dark sugar.
