Bottle 50cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Slightly hazy good pale amber colour, good moussy white to off-white head, good retention, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, caramel, bready, light banana, Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light caramel, some yeast, hoppy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild malty sweetbitter aftertaste, easy drinking, nice.

Bottle picked up from REWE Getrankemarkt in Kelheim, had this Monday 27th March 2023 after a visit to Walhalla nr Regensburg. We're listening to a Fin Mix playlist and about to cook Käsespätzle. Pours chestnut brown, pretty decent clarity, large frothy off white head. Malty from the off with caramel and nuts noted, a little bit chewy, a slight bitterness. Good.

Bottle picked up from Edeka, Kelheim and consumed at home Sunday 18th December 2022, we're making Stollen (it's a Stollen off!) listening to an old Suede album Dog, Man, Star after previously listening to the new album Autofiction. We went for a very nice walk through the snowy woods around here earlier today, but it was bitterly cold not getting above -6c all day. Pours copper colour with a white head, excellent clarity. Toffee and malt flavours, a little metallic tinge, slight fruity sweet edge. Good.

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Lots of iron and metallic notes, estery notes, clove. Metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. Not great.

Bottle picked up from the brewery and consumed at home Saturday 26th September 2020 getting ready to cook Chicken Shawarmas listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours light to mid amber with a white head (small). Fruity, some caramel, soft mouthfeel, some plum skins. Fine but my least favourite of the evening this far.

Bottle picked up from the brewpub and consumed at home Tuesday 18th August 2020 whilst cooking Spaetzle with Cheese and Bacon and listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music. Pours clear chestnut, pretty good clarity with an off white head, a little thin but still tasty, light malty, caramel dominant. Pretty good.
