Unser Bürgerbräu Suffikator, Flasche aus dem Fastenzeit-Bierpaket vom Biershop Bayern. - Tiefdunkles Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase recht mattes, süßliches dunkles Malz, flaue Röstnoten, kaum Hopfen. - Antrunk satt dunkelmalzig mit Bayrisch Blockmalz und feiner, zart zitroniger Süße. Gut rezent, vollmundig, samtig weich; gut kaschierter Alkohol. Im Abgang milde Malzbittere und vage, gerade noch ausreichende Hopfenherbe. - Routinierter dunkler Bock mit der für bairische Dunkelbiere typischen Note von gebranntem Zucker, knapp gehopft und ohne die schwere Tiefe guter Bockbiere. Kein Highlight aber doch solide und süffig.

Der Gustl kam auch aus der Oktoberfest-Box von Kalea 2018 und ist bislang das Bier, das mir am wenigsten daraus geschmeckt hat. Es hat einen komischen süßlichen Beigeschmack, der einfach überhaupt nicht hineinpasst und das eigentlich gute Gefüge zerstört. Gustl, schäm dich.

750ml bottle [2015 vintage]. Clear, reddish amber colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Fruity, caramel malty aroma, hints of red fruit, cherry, red berries, a touch of baked banana. Taste is sweet-ish caramel malty, slightly fruity and minimally yeasty spicy, hints of caramel and toffee, baked banana, a touch of cherry and red berries, increasing peppery yeasty spiciness.

No istne tornado w pokalu, niczym wirujące niczym w filmie Twister, fajnie to wygladalo, bardzo musujące piwo, bardziej dla mnie i wyglądem i smakiem przypominalo rasowego pilsnera. Piana ogromniasta, bardzo, bardzo trwala, barwa jasna, zapach lekko cytrynowy. Smakowo goryczkowe jasne piwo dolno-fermentacyjne. Malo slodowe, a wiec jak dla mnie bardziej pijalne w letnie upalne dni.

Aroma is dark malt with some molasses and dark honey sweetness. Taste is stale nut peel with a bit sweet malty base. Freash sour finish. Average.
