On tap at MBCC 2025, yellow session. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grassy hops on the nose. Flavour has dry grassy hops, cracker malts. Nice.

Copper colour with medium white head.Aroma of hops and malt mild hint of caramel and grain nice medium body and light sweet taste light and easy to drink kind of beer.

Bottle 50cl. poured into a teku glass. Brilliant medium amber colour, good creamy white to off-white head, good retention, light lacing. Aroma sweet and roasted malts, caramel, some honey, hay. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, light roast, dark bread, caramel, some spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering roasty notes, good.

(Draft at Zum Franziskaner, Stockholm, 17 April 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty, hoppy nose with bread, grass, cereal and herbs. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of bread, grass, citrus, herbal hops and a balanced grassy/herbal bitterness. Medium body, dry. Refreshing and well balanced. Nice one.

Klare goldgelbe Farbe; feinporige stabile Schaumkrone. In der Nase eine wunderbare blumige und steinobstfruchtige Hopfenaromatik, frisch und hellmalzig. Im Geschmack weich, mild, leichte Bittere und Süße, auch hier eine hopfige Fruchtigkeit.

Bottle from Rewe Bamberg and drunk with Nelson. Clear deep gold lasting off white head. OK aroma
Flavour of some malt some biscuit some hop some honey. Yes good whote pepper hops on end. Warming beer bit never too hot. Very decent bock beer. From the date on label it must be fairly fresh. Good.

Crisp, sweetish and slightly grainy with hints of buttery floral grass, hay, earthiness and mild bitterness. Rustic pils.

On tap at the brewery Merkendorf .Bright clear gold colour thin lasting white head. Well that's a good start to the day. Tasty light refreshing clean. Lemon flavour. Nothing too complex but it's all done well. Good lemon hop sting on the finish.
