On tap at Edge restaurant in Bethlehem, PA. Pours a dark brown color with a brief tan head. Aroma is sweet roasted malt with chocolate notes. First sip is chocolate malt with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Midtaste brings subtle heat from the cayenne. Finish is sweet and smooth with very little carbonation. Some resiny hops in aftertaste, though they are scant.

1 pint can. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and grapefruity. Tropical fruity. Mango and passion fruit. Sweet, fruity and mellow. Lingering fruity and crisp hoppy finish.

Draft at Bert’s at Millersville. Thick and hazy but not super filthy gold. Soft beer, not assertive hop beer. Soft peach and light grapefruit. Nothing fancy, nothing great.

Draft at Bert’s in Millersville. Lightly hazy dim gold. I found this to be a waste of Simcoe. I generally enjoy the hop but this was just some light vegetal hoppiness with other generic hops. Nothing like what I think of with Simcoe.

Draft at Bert’s in Millersville. It is indeed soft. Clear pale gold color. I also get oats, a little of that morning oatmeal like flavor. Light soft hops, low bitterness. Just a bit of acrid dryness. Hops are lightly lemon, but mostly generic modern hops. The grains in this beer make it soft and nice with hop highlights.

Bottle shared. Hazy milky dark golden with a fizzy short-lived off white head. Onions, tangerine, strawberries, strawberry and orange jelly, lightly salty, lightly tart, lightly sweet. Draught @ Fermentoren, Copenhagen. Pours cloudy yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of fruits, tropical notes, grass, grapefruit and juicy notes. Taste is sweetish, slightly stuffy and ripe fruity with some tropical notes, citrus, pineapple and grapefruit. Finish is sweet, slightly sticky and tropical fruity with some juicy notes, grass, pineapple and citrus. Sweetish and heavy.
