Medium light golden color. Quick diasspaiting Head. Bright Citrus, lemon hay, barnyard with funky yeasty nose with modest sourness. Sour palate with bright hop character underneath lots of barnyard, but yeastiness isn’t as pronounced. Very clean, medium body. Sour lemons, citrus and a touch of yeast lingers. Pretty nice stuff but nothing about it really goes wow, this is amazing. Still very good After I put the yeast in the bottom to top up my glass I got some nice musty Muscat character that added a nice depth.

Short pour at the South Philly taproom. Dark brown, ring of head. Cinnamon, savory notes in the aroma, maple sweetness. Taste brings it altogether like French Tosst, all its missing is a shot of vanilla. Sweet, roasty, savory. Very gentle warmth.

Short pour at Passyunk taproom. Bright golden, spotty head. Malty aroma leads into a fruity taste, a mix of stone fruit, tropical and citrus, melon. Bitterness comes in hard and stays.

Can at home. Murky yellow color, opaque, white head. Aroma is lightly floral, hoppy, a hint of apples oddly enough. Flavor is lightly malty, hops, again I get sweet apple and overripe apricot. Body is average, carbonation is decent to medium. Hmm that odd apple flavor is not my thing I must admit.
