Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up online, Beer Gonzo I think. Pours unclear red with a foamy, pink head that fades quickly. Very nice overall, with moderate jammy berry, some light bitter skins, restrained funk, cherry, raspberry seeds. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Quite subtle tartness in the finish, a little tangy blackberry, impressions of wheat bread, light alcohol, a little funky dryness. Solid offering.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Beer Gonzo. Pours clear yellow-gold with a foamy, white head. Great stuff, nuanced, some soft acidity, white wine, subtle funk, light grassy bitterness, straw, grapefruit. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Fairly clean finish, lightly drying, a little pale wood, lemon, salt, background yeast expression. Concise, delicate, very tasty, very drinkable.

Bottle at home in Hackney - sourced from Beer Gonzo. Pours lightly hazy yellow-gold a fluffy, pure white head. Lovely beer, immensely drinkable, with quite soft acidity, some smooth guava, nips of lemony tartness, subtle salty bite, a little pale wood dryness. Light bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, somewhat dry and quenching, with further satisfying soft acidity, a little more salt and lemon, restrained guava. A suggestion of white pepper in the aftertaste. Graceful and delicious. And yeah, wildly drinkable.
