Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear golden, rich head. Fruity nose with some bread and notes of grass and perfume. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bready with mild notes of sugar and grass. Fairly low bitterness. Mild and quite harmonious.

Bottled, from Biershop Bayern. Clear deep golden, small head. Fruity nose with some boiled vegetables. Fairly sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Sugary and perfumy with some bread and hay. Low bitterness. Too sugary and unclean.

Murky orange color with white head. Aroma is bananas, spicy, something special in the spiciness. Not that hoppy. Taste is spicy, hints of bananas, full and silky mouthfeel, on the sweeter side, but also fresh. Unusual, but the sweetness isn’t really balanced out by anything.

(swing top bottle, 33cl) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Slightly grainy and delicately bready malty aroma with notes of grassy and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Mildly bready malty base with grainy spots and a rounded herbal hoppy touch, lingering into the sweet-bitter finish. Balanced and clean Lager. 24.XI.14

Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, clear, lively carbonatin, stable creamy bleached head; citrussy-grainy nose with slight metallic traces; mild bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, creamy MF; lingering grainy-bitter finish, metal again detectable. Not good, not bad…
