Winkler Bräu Martini-Trunk, 5,2 %, Fläschlein von den Getränkerittern, Wendelstein. - Dunkles Kupferrotbraun, klar. - In der Nase tiefes Toast- und Dunkelmalz mit dunkler Brotkruste und Mokka, dahinter milde, dezent krautig-hopfenwürzige Hopfung. - Antrunk mild dunkelmalzig mit etwas Mokka, flauer karamelliger Süße, Bayrisch Blockmalz und recht blasser Hopfenherbe mit Anklängen an Fanta. Milder rezent, schlank. Im Abgang milde Malzbittere, leicht nussig, nur milde Hopfenherbe. - Wie alle Biere vom Winkler etwas unterhopft, aber auch vom Malzkörper her eher röstmalzig-trocken als festlich malzschwer, wie die Etikettierung als Jubiläumsbier erwarten ließe. 0,5 l bottle. Clear dark red brown in the glass, nearly two finger pale beige foamy head. Looks really good. Low malty on the nose, some soft grain. Tastevstarts more malty, little bit caramel, increasing toasted. Below average carbopnated. Again a nice an easy drinking Bavarian beer.

Optisch einwandfrei, klares Gold im Glas. In der Nase Getreide, Haferflocken. Im Trunk soweit okay, getreidig, spritzig, sauber gebraut, passt.

From bottle. Lots of floral hops, elderflower, grassy notes, stonefruit, crafty hops, grain, hay, straw, mild zesty citrussy notes. Mild dry bitterness, floral fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, mild dry fruity floral grassy finish. Lovely!

(some details got lost) Hazy pale blond colour. It has some interesting grassy and spicy hop note, I prefer some more bitterness, but it's a solid example.

Poured from 650mL bottle (pkg 06.09.22). Hazy gold with small white head. Grassy floral hops, mild straw malt, hint of pepper. More toward the pilsner style than hefe. Decent, but not much complexity.
