Description
Our mission is to brew the finest ales in the Northeast. We want to make sure that our beers are approachable to people just starting in the craft beer world, yet with enough complexity for the beer geek. Our goal is to brew several year round beers with a diverse lineup of seasonal and one time beers.

We are a 20 barrel brewery located in Mount Holly, NJ. We can (in house canning line) and keg For distribution in central/south NJ. Look for us in quality bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
We also have a tasting room to try our year round beers, seasonals, and tasting room only exclusives.

Bottle share. Brown pour with small airy head. Aroma is raisins and prune juice. More prune juice in the taste. Sweet and watery.

Draft at the brewery. Dark brown, some streaky lace notes. Big on coffee and brown sugar. Toffee and caramel. Fairly sweet. Smooth, rich. Creamy, and a little dry.

Draft at the brewery. Reddish, beige head, spotty lace. Sweet aroma and flavor that have definite notes of the namesake cookie. Nice mouthfeel. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewery. Mostly clear golden color with a foam of white head. Grapefruit and some citrus. Drinks mid plus bitter. Clean. Soft. Crisp. Well made.

Draft at the brewery. Coffee, earth, wood. Smooth and roasty, mild sweet, light dry. Clean, easy drinking. Lighter body than I expected, which works great here.
