Draught at the brewery on 10/9/16 and a can, canned that day and drunk 10/10/16.
Very light, chill-haze-like clarity with a soft, peachy-gold body that shows a large, well-retained, white head.
The nose is incredibly soft and exhibits plentiful apricot, peach and finally lots of green, vegetal (good vegetal) hop character, with light woodiness and soft lemon and orange juice. Biscuity malts are "dry", it seems and there is only a touch of honey from the sugar. No alcohol or flaw.
Dry in the mouth, with low but engaging carbonation and tons of amarillo-like hop flavors. Woody, leafy, green, apricot-like notes and a gentle, but ample bitterness. Some strong cracker-like character from the malt, on the end gives a somewhat abrupt finish to the beer, but it’s clean and very, very drinkable.

Clear, dark mahogany-to-caramel colored body is topped by a small, beige head showing moderate retention.
Definite bourbon undertones with easygoing pumpkin notes and certainly some pumpkin pie-like spices, but nothing artificial smelling and for 8.1, it’s not boozy. Strong breadiness from the malt adding toasted sourdough character which is kind of problematic with the spicing. So it comes off very dry, spicy and moderately bourbony.
Dry, as their beers are, with a texture varying between some specialty malt-like hardness and softer base malts. Caramel, toffee and moderate spice, with strong toasted oak and bourbon notes producing vanilla, wood and more liquor character. Drinkable, though a bit too much specialty malt, bourbon and spice for my liking. That being said, I have no idea how you would do a bourbon pumpkin ale without it being rather full of these flavors.

Soft haziness to this peach-golden beer. White head atop is small but firm.
The nose has light grapefruit but it’s quite different than the "grapefruit" you get from PNW hops and it’s quite mild and fruity here. The IPA itself adds a moderate suggestion of bitterness, no resin and is backed by soft, biscuity and vanilla-honey tinged base malts. No alcohol or flaw with a huge fruitiness and only light pine/grapefruit hop notes.
In the mouth it’s dry, with cracker and biscuit-like malts coming late and adding a gentle sweetness. Thankfully, it doesnt take much to balance the beer, as it’s not overly bitter and certainly nowhere near overdone on the grapefruit addition. Low but somewhat prickly carbonation. Very easy drinking and drinks lighter even than its actual size. Very clean.

Cloudy orange golden color with a fine white head. Good lacing. Ok intensity in the aroma. Decent medium body and an average to soft carbonation level. Moderate sweet and a nice bitterness. Semi dry ending. Citric, pine, herbal/grassy and fruity flavor.

12 oz. can at Winberies, Princeton, NJ No canning bate. Plenty of full foamy head out the can. Aroma is coffee grounds, chocolate, ash, and dark fruit.

The body is medium plus and bold. So much so I would have siad this was a stout. Creamy texture and a ton of chocolate, ash, and coffee. I respect this porter

Draft @ Winberie’s, Princeton, NJ. Aroma shows me grapefruit, orange, light pine. The flavor is a tad heavy on the malt(honey, caramel). A tad sweet even on draft but tou could say it is balanced. Pretty old school crafted IPA. Decent.
