Tastes breadish, earthy, spices, tobacco, lightly grassy, very light caramel. Finishes lightly dry with notes of bread, spices and light tobacco notes. Very nice one, very smooth and easy to drink, lovely beer

Amber with large white head. Aroma is melisse, lemon, slight herbs, dough, some slight tropic fruit, bonbon, elderberries. Taste is sweet berries and toast dough. Full bodied. Finish is sweet bonbon again. Overall very balanced.

Holzfass. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is juicy malts, bready, some sweet fruits, a touch barnyard and sweat, in all the good ways. Taste is juicy malts, bready, fruity, again a touch barnyard. Silky mouthfeel with natural carbonation. Extremely tasty and balanced.

Tap at the brewery. Cloudy amber , golden head. Medium light mellow body, fairly fruity, pineapple tartness, light rural spice and bubblegum. Hayish malt. Grassy finish. Supremely drinkable.

(draught at the source) Hazy, golden colour with a short and slightly off-white foamy head. Mildly sweet malty aroma with notes of cereals and a present herbal spice, subtle citric hops character. Moderately bitter flavor with a mild but balancing malty sweetness in the background, medium to light bodied, feels like Export strength, smooth well-carbonated mouthfeel. Solid malty base upfront with a tinge of bread, followed by balanced herbal-spicy hops and a whiff of barnyard; lingering bitter-sweet finish. Simply wonderful. 22.III.17

Keg at Akkurat. Lightly hazy golden with big, frothy white head. Grainy, bready aroma with grass, minerals and hay. Taste is lightly sweet floral with grass, minerals hay and grain. Light to medium body with a refreshing slightly sweet finish. I could drink this all night, great beer!

Draught at Akkurat. Light hazy golden liquid with medium egg shell white head. Aroma of grain, bread, light floral hops, light earth, light red berries and hay. Taste is very light sweet and light to medium bitter with notes of bread, light hay and floral hops. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great!

On tap at the brewpub. Leicht trübes dunkel goldenes Bier mit mittelgroßen weißen schaumkrone. Geruch leicht fruchtig hopfig, getreidig. Geschmack mild hopfig, fruchtig, kaum bitter, süffig lecker.
