ABV: 11.0%. Clear light to medium red amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate honey, cherry, sweet cherry, almonds. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, cherry, sugary, white sugar, almonds, honey, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery - syrupy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming, light alcoholic. [20210605]

[75cl bottle direct from the Winery.] A bright gold pour; still with an apple blossom aroma; medium dry with a slightly floral taste and quite a lot of tannin. A straightforward still cider, but not really what I think of as Scrumpy.
