Description
Glasgow, Scotland. Yeast is cool. We create custom sacch and brett blends and then augment our beers with fruit, spices and foraged ingredients. Dead End Brew Machine is all about brewing small batch artisanal beers taking no shortcuts.

Appearance - cloudy yellow with a thin white head.
Nose - blue cheese with silverskin onions and damp wood.
Taste - silverskin again with dank woody and funky follow through.
Palate - light to medium bodied, very funky and tart.
Overall - interesting beer.

Appearance - pale orange to brown. Thin head not much carbonation.
Nose - raspberry and tayberry. Lightly wood.
Taste - wood and tart red berries.
Palate - light bodied and tart finish.
Overall - good.

Bottle thanks to McCash. Pours hazy pink with no real head. Aromas of red wine and light fruit. Taste has tannins and wood. Light red fruit. Thin finish.

Appearance - golden and cloudy with low carbonation.
Nose - apple, wood and generally funky.
Taste - definitely a barrel influence and sweet apple with general funk and light tart note.
Palate - light to medium bodied dry and tart, woody finish.
Overall - good.

Nose - blackcurrant and apple with a musty, woody undernote.
Taste - intense blackcurrant and again woody underneath.
Palate - light bodied, persistent sour finish, light to medium bodied.
