@ GJBF 2007. Fruits, citrus hops, and sweet malts make up the pleasent aroma. Flavor is earthy, citrus hops, tropical, and a little malt, though not much. Could go for a nice session on a summer night.

@ GJBF 2007. Hop citrus and pine, fruity and a little malts. tasty. Hoppy, fruits, citrus, a little pine, a touch of floral, and some caramel malts. Finishes with a nice biterness. My second favorite amber ale, very good.

Medium white head. Yellow hazy body with small yeast floaties. Dry tropical fruity aroma with citric, hoppy notes. Dry tropical fruit and mango taste with medicinal, chalky notes. Dry, chalky medicinal aftertaste with pine needle notes. Clean, clear mouthfeel. Really nice! Not even remotely a kölsch. (0.35l can from, hmmm, the bus station in Matsumoto, I think.)

Deep amber color. Another hop bomb nose, this time peaches, strawberries and a touch of citrus. Citrusy mouth with strawberries and cherries sitting in the background. Very light body, but more bitter than the golden ale, which is good. Peaches and strawberries just linger in the finish. Yum.

A pale golden brew that has lots of fruity hops going on. I am sure they use whole flowers, they hop profile seems more like it was run through a Randal it is so potent. The mouth is light and actually has some malt. Not bitter enough in the finish, but this is one hell of a summer beer.

Very thick white head. Cloudy golden color, big bananas clovey nose. Smooth mouth with bananas, bubblegum and cloves. Refreshing banana clovey finish. Textbook stuff. Beginning to end this beer is technically correct and executed very well. Will not blow you away, but one damn fine beer.

Clear golden color. Some floral hop nose, but with nobel hops. Body is a bit watery with some malt and fruity notes. Dry malty finish

Medium very light brown head with larger bubbles. Deep amber body. Deep sweetish mango aroma with hints of roastiness. Deep roasty tropical fruit hop taste with resiny hop notes. A little watery, yet some bitterness throughout. Dry burnt aftertaste with wooden notes. Very nice. (0.35l can.)

Medium white head with some larger bubbles. Golden body. Sweetish tropical fruit hop aroma with citrusy notes. Sweet yet bitterish tropical fruit and citrus taste with resiny notes. Dry chalky aftertaste. Very nice, with only slight off tastes. (0.35l can.)
