50cl bottle as Altstadt Pilsener. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe, mittelgroße weiße schaumkrone. Geruch getreidig hell malzig, plörrig hopfig. Geschmack getreidig bitter hopfig, plörrig, nicht gut.

500 mml bottle tasted on the 26/08/2016. Labeled as "Altstadt Schwarzbier". Cola colour with a creamy beige head. Aroma of roasted malts and liquorice. Taste is liquorice, some candy and hints of roast. Next one please!

Tap. A fairly typical but well done Schwarz: Slight roast notes, mostly liquorice, fitting bitterness, foamy lively carbonation, light body. Simple and easy, but well done.

33cl bottle from Erzengel! Pours slightly hazy golden colour with a mid-sized white head. Aroma of very sweet grainy malt, corn, sugar. Taste of grainy malt, very sweet, sugar, watery palate, not good!

33cl bottle from Erzengel, many thanks! Pours murky deep golden colour with a huge good lasting off-white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grains, corn, yeast. Taste of very sweet malt, grains, cereals, sweet banana and yeast.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Pours murky orange golden colour with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of fresh grapefruit juice, no beer. taste of very fresh grapefruit juice, mild tartness, no beer but refreshing!

0,5 l bottle. Dark brown in the glass, big beige head. Yeast, wheat banana and clove with citrus on the nose. Taste is more dry wheat, some yeats, some dry fruity banana and close. Malty with fruit in the background. Okay.

Sweetish lemonade nose. Lots of sugar and artificial aroma. The beer itself starts sweetish with lots of lemonade. Sugar, no beer, no real fruit. Slightly sourish pink grapefruit-lemonade with hints of grain and bitterness. No real aftertaste, sweetish lemonade hints there. Sad.
