Bottle 50cl. @ home. [ As Vierzehnheiligen Nothelfer Bio-Weisse ]. Unclear hazy medium to dark grey yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, paper, moderate yeasty, banana, fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy artificial fruit sweet with a average duration. Draught@GBBF 2009 as "Trunk Bio-Weisse". Hazy yellow color, good cloudy head. Wheaty banana nose with hints of citrus. Sweetish banana candy aroma, a bit watery finish, otherwise decent body. Sweetish fruity weizen.

Bottled (BB 07/2009). Courtesy of austone, ty Erik. Clear golden-yellow color, small white head. Metallic malty aroma, some honeyish sweetness. Sweet malty flavor, a bit grainy and honeyish. Also papery, bottle could be more fresh. But not in the worst category of German pale lagers.
