Bottle brewed by Ilzer Sörgyar, purchased at a Kaisers (Spar) store in Budapest, on Rakoczi ut I reckon. Poured a yellow body with a small head that disappeared fast. Light grassy nose, slightly acidic and sweet. A note of sweet maltiness, a bit eggy, covered with an unimpressive bitterish light hop presence. In the end passes as refreshing because of the light bite and bitterness, but I was a bit underwhelmed in the end.

Explosive bottle. Cloudy amber, huge head. Light banana, dry clove nose. Not much in the flavor department: A bit dusty banana and the usual spices, falling completely flat. Light body, mellow mouthfeel. Light almondy aftertaste. Minerally retronasal.

Bottled (BB 12/2008)
Brewed by Ilzer Sörgyar, Hungary. Pale yellow color, small white head. A bit skunky, grassy nose. Crisp carbonation. Sweet malty flavor with skunky grassy hops. Expected more from Ilzer.

500 ml. bottle from Liquid Solutions. Ripe apricot flesh color with a 3-finger beige head. Aroma is primarily banana. Body is medium with frothy carbonation. Flavor is banana with caramel, and, I think, noble hop. Finish is Bavarian hefeweizen. Banana and wheat and just a touch of hop bitter. It’s a really good hefe.

Bottle. Pale golden, big buubles, lacing white foam. Sweet malt, aromatic hops and a few off-notes. Ok chew, medium to light body. Flatens out after the initial malty start, fair, but not inspiring hop balance. Quick finish

Bottled(500ml). -Under licence of Innstadt Brauerei AG brewed by Ilzer Sörgyar Rt. Monor, Hungary. My first impression about this beer was: Is this a Coke or beer? Pale brown coloured, no head at all, malty nose, slight caramel aroma with noticeable presence of corn, some strange floral notes in finish

Remember this as a fairly decent Hefeweizen from back in ths days. The swing top made pouring a little challenging.
