(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and firm medium-sized foamy head. Slightly grainy pale malty aroma with notes of grassy hops and a whiff of onions. Moderately sweet and delicately bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Clean pale malt character with tame hoppy spice in the background; sweet and discreetly bitter hoppy and delicately grassy finish with a mildly grainy aftertaste. Decent Helles. 17.VI.16

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, deep golden to amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly milky and worty malty aroma with a whiff of bread and caramel, also subtle fruity notes. Sweet and cautious bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly bready malty taste with residual sugar, traces of caramel and honey; slightly sticky sweet malty and restrained hop bitter finish. Too sweet for my personal liking, but I wish the brewery the required success. 11.VI.16
