Ein einfaches, aber angenehm zu trinkendes Helles aus Bayern und der Einstieg in einen gemütlichen bierigen Abend. Es hat schöne gereidige Noten und lässt sich mit der leichten Hopfigkeit wunderbar trinken. Passed zum Entspannen oder auch zum Essen. Es schmeckt und überfordert nicht.

Dunkler Doppelbock mit 7,5 % Alkohol und unbekannter Stammwürze. Dunkle, leicht rötliche Farbe. Geruch süßes, frisches Karamalz. Auch geschmacklich recht süß und malzig, leicht röstig, Spuren von Traubensaft, etwas trocken. Eher milde bittere Noten, die vor allem im Endteil und Nachgeschmack zum Tragen kommen. Der Name Seenator bezieht sich natürlich auf den Starnberger See, wo dieses Bier herkommt.

0.5 l bottle, best before February 2022. Clear, golden with a thin, foamy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, minimally grassy-spicy aroma of grains and light straw with a touch of vanilla. Gently sweet, malty, a little grassy-spicy taste of grains, some straw and traces of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly bitter, a bit grassy-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent Helles, very quaffable.

Kräftige Farbe, gute Trübung - das sieht schon recht ordentlich aus. Gekochte Früchte, Getreide, schön sämige Konsistenz. Letztere wird von dem höchstens im Mediumbereich angesiedelten Kohlensäuregehalt unterstrichen. Ein herrlich gehaltvolles Weißbier. Flüssige Nahrung.

Bottle picked up from Fleischmann Getränkemarkt Freising and consumed at home Wednesday 12th May 2021 cooking Fish Pie for tea. Listening to Steve Lamaqs Evening Session on 6Music. Banana on the nose and a little bit of clove, pours hazy orange with a white head, the head was the one slight disappointment as it wasn't the big foamy head that I am used to, also it never lasted long. However slight niggle aside this is a very good Hefe-Weisse, nice soft moutheel, plenty of banana, wheatiness throughout, really full flavoured. Big fan of this.

Bottle from Fleischmann Getränkemarkt, Freising. Consumed at home Friday 7th May 2021 sat outside but about to go and cook a curry. Pours crystal clear bright gold with a white head. A solid if unspectacular Helles, light hoppiness, light bitterness sweet maltiness, good carbonation.
