50cl bottle. BB 09/07/2018. A clear straw golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mid sweet pale malt,straw, soft spicy hops. Taste of mid sweet pale malt, some grains, straw, medium to low bitterness.

12.04.2018 -- 0.5l bottle from bavarian beer set in marktkauf, 6.49€/6pack, bb 09.07.2018. pours a clear pale golden with a frothy head. aroma of grains, hay, a hint of apples. flavour of grains, bread, grass, red apples. a solid if straightforward helles.

Aroma is a good yeasty foundation lots of bread and cake dough some spices (curry). Taste is a bit sweet wort and lots of umami. Very soothing and sweet for a weizen. Andechser is a bit spikier. Quaffable and full bodied. Exactly what i love in a weizen. On a second thought. A bit of tree bark in the finish. A bit too sour.

Bottle: Golden, hazy, small loose white head, mild but spicy fruity-grainy with faint traces of spicy - as well - hops; mild to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, nearly medium bodied, both fizzy and soft; slightly lingering mild hoppy-grainy finish. Not exciting, but pretty well drinkable...

Euro-Flasch'n: Deep ruby-amber coloured, medium-sized and slowly collapsing creamy beige head; sweet nutty-caramelly nose with very mild herbal traces in the background; sweet-bitter flavour, relatively light bodied for a DB, pretty soft; mild and soft caramelly finish with an increasing bitterness towards the finish. Not a demanding, but a well drinkable Dvojitý kozel...
