Bottle picked up from Sulzberger Bierhaus, Pffafenhofen an der Ilm and consumed at home Thursday 8th September 2022 listening to Steve Lamaq on 6Music cooking Mousakka. Pours hazy warm orange/gold with a white head, malty aroma, soft moutheel, there is a little bit of bitterness trying to muscle it's way through. A touch of honey, malty in the flavour department. Fine

Fläschla: Clear, copper coloured with a ruby sheen, smaller lasting off-white foamy layer, sweetish dark-malty nose with caramelly and fruity spots, a hoppy background is hard to find; moderate sweet and mildly bitter flavour, medium bodied and a bit sticky; sweet caramelly-malty finish, pretty low bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean Bock, but a bit disappointing, a bit monotonous...

Raab Pils, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Hellgelb, blank. - In der Nase blasses, zart vanillesüßes helles Malz und nur leichte doch sympathische hopfenwürzige Hopfung mit einer Andeutung von Zitronenschale. - Antrunk schlank hellmalzig mit feiner Restsüße und leichter, mild zitronig-hopfenwürziger Herbe. Gut rezent, fast dünn. Im Abgang schlanke, etwas derbe und leider auch blecherne Bittere. - Leichtes, mild aber doch ansprechend gehopftes Pilsener, das im Abgang dank unschön derber Züge einem Industriebier ähnelt. Raab Zeilberg Dunkel, Flasche von Landbierparadies24. - Sehr dunkles Rotbraun, trüb; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase sattes dunkles, fein röstiges Malz, dunkle Brotkruste, dezente fränkische Hopfung. - Antrunk frisch dunkelmalzig mit schönen wiewohl dezenten Röstnoten, zart säuerlicher Frucht, leichter Milchschokolade, milder Zitrusherbe, feiner Karamelbonbonsüße und ein wenig Traubenzucker. Durchschnittlich rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang feine zitrusfruchtige Hopfenherbe. - Vielschichtiges, tiefes Dunkles mit Tendenzen zum Schwarzbier aber etwas mehr Frucht als nötig. (1.1.2022.)

Raab Bock, Flasche vom Landbierparadies24. - Kupferrot, klar. - Nase eher blaß mit mattem toastig-dunklem Malz, leichter Orangenherbe und dezenter herbaler Hopfung. - Antrunk schlank aber warm nussig-toast- und dunkelmalzig mit feinen Röstnoten, Landkaffee, Karamel und Anklängen an Kirschkonfitüre. Milde Herbe von Orangenmarmelade und Kräutern. Durchschnittlich rezent, für einen Bock recht schlank; ganz leichte alkoholische Wärme. Im Abgang fein malzbitter, leicht orangenfruchtig und mild herbal hopfenherb. - Schöner, nicht bocktypisch schwerer aber frisch-süffiger dunkler Bock. (18.12.2021.)

50cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of mild caramelized and nutty malt, spicy hops. Taste of mild caramelized malt, spicy hops, nuts, moderate bitterness.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Malt and a hint of caramel and raisin in the aroma. Malty sweet bready, caramelly flavor. Plums, especially in the aftertaste. Sticky mouthfeel.

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Soft tangerine aroma. Citrussy, somewhat yeasty flavor with bready notes. I expected more hops in this kellerbier, but it is quite drinkable.

Bottle. pale blonde. Hints of grass in teh aroma. Firm grassy hopbitter flavor, mellowing somewhat in the aftertaste. Clean and pleasant. Medium bodied. Good pilsener.
