Reste dans la lignée typique des lager grand production, rien de spécial, léger malté pils sur un houblonnage minime. Se laisse boire, pas spécialement 2 litres, mais un petit gobelet était plus qu’assez.

Arôme est centré sur le malté avec un rétro centré sur une douceur résiduelle, houblonné est léger restant axé sur le noble. Palais est grain, malt pils, noble minimaliste presque absent. Très léger pour une bière approchant les 7%.

Clear golden, huge dense white head. OK retention. Aroma of grains, intrusive yeast acidity, minimal caramel. Light to medium body. Thin to oily texture. Tastes of sweetish malts. Grains. Some caramel. Well detectable light hop bitterness in ending. Malts & hops on aftertaste. It tastes much better than it smells.

Note April 13, 2009. Dark amber color. Aroma: malty, caramel, roasted malt, prunes. Taste: sweet, caramel, roasted, good body. Not bad.

Note August 13, 2014. Color: pale amber color with normal foam. Aroma: a bit floral-hop, malt (pils and caramel), fruit and berries (pear, plum and strawberry). Taste: malty, fruity, mild hop bitterness.
