Bottle. Brown color with small beige head and something that looks like grated coconut. Aroma is roasted malts, some lacto, some coconut. Taste is sweetish coconut, some cherry, chocolate as well, lacto. Low carbonation. Not bad, but still quite disappointing - I don’t get much of the extra flavours...

Dark brown with almost no head, some coconut floaties?! Aroma is dark chocolate, lacto, some dark fruits. Taste is bitter but more sweet. Some phenolic sourness on top though. Oily mouthfeel, good finish of some coconut. All in all a bit strange.

Summit, Simcoe and Cascade hops. Very hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and fairly minerally crisp. Smooth pale malts, mildly sweet. Dry spicy citrus and bergamot. Piney hop, semi sweet floralness. Light fruity Hibiscus tang. Light crisp finish reveals candy fruits, Bitter bergamot linger. Nice - well integrated and tasty.

Piligrim, Moscow bottle: pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is pine, coffee, light chocolate. Taste is moderately bitter, bunch of coffee taste. Not quite grounbeaking, but surprised it is this low.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności do 21.03.2017. Przyzwoita pijalna APA bez wad.
