Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light, smooth and semi dry. Modest fine carbonation. Smooth dark malts, some chocolate and vanilla. The chocolate is a little artificial tasting. Light finish, mild chocolatey linger. Cherries went through on stilts.

Almost clear gold beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and has modest carbonation. Fair bit of diacetyl here, which doesn’t normally bother me too much but here it gets in the way of the good coconut and nicely matched tangy hibiscus. A little Dr Pepper fruity tang. Light finish. Could be pretty tasty if it could be cleaned up.

On tap at Urban House, Bratislava. Pours deep golden with white head. Citrus, hoppy, malty, moderate bitter finish. Medium bodied.

Aroma: caramel, coffee, spicy, a little chocolate. Taste: coffee, caramel, weak shades of plum, roasted malt and chocolate, hint of ice cream, light bitterness of coffee, roasted malts and hops.

Tap at Žil Verne. Amber color with huge off-white head. Aroma for caramel malt with nice citrus hops, green tea. Taste, caramel malt, citrus hoppy hops with green tea., some spices. Medium long hoppy bitter finish. Very good.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 07.10.2016. Temperatura degustacji 12 stopni +, szkło ipa glass. AROMAT: słaby aromat chmielowy, z butelki delikatne cytrusy, po przelaniu do szkła zaczynają dominować nuty ziołowo-trawiaste, po zamieszaniu szkła podbudowa słodowa wyczuwalna w biszkoptowy sposób. Brak charakterystycznej nuty olejku bergamotowego który większość piw z Earl Grey’em posiada. PIANA: biel z żółtawym nalotem, obfita, drobno pęcherzykowa, trwała, zdobi szkło. BARWA: przymglony bursztyn. SMAK: krótka słodka słodowość która ginie w trawie, ziołach i mocnej, cierpkiej podkręconej prawdopodobnie przez hibiscus goryczce która jest zalegająca, taninczna, trochę efekt jak przy rozgryzieniu tabletki (uwielbiam goryczkę 70+ibu, ale ta jest mało przyjemna). Wysycenie średnie, średnio pełne. Piwo bez wad sensorycznych, niestety w smaku mało przyjemne, język kołkiem stoi.

Z notatek. W aromacie niezbyt intensywna paloność i dość sporo mleka. W smaku gładkie, delikatnie mleczne. Paloność dość niska. Po ogrzeniu wychodzi lekka kwaskowość. Goryczka przyzwoita, na średnim poziomie. Piwo tyłka nie urywa.
