Tap@Labeerynt, Gdansk, Poland (07/07/2016) - fuzzy amber coloured pour with medium white head. Aroma and taste is a mix of tropical and citrus fruits, decent malty sweet caramel base, some notes of tangerine, grapefruit, pine needles, hoppy bitter finish. Very nice gear.

Cellar clean out session Pt Deux. Hazy amber beer, tidy pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and dry, decent fine carbonation. Lihgt malts, mellow smoke. Mild smoky chilli. Light ripe orange. Dry bitterish smoky finish. Okay smoke beer.

Barwa ciemnozłota, nieco zmętnione, piana biała, niezbyt obfita, ale całkiem trwała. W aromacie głównie wędzoność, szynka, kiełbasa, minimalnie ziołowy od chmielu. W smaku ponownie wędzona kiełbasa, szynka, trochę nut cytrusowych, zbożowych. Goryczka średnia, wysycenie w normie, treść całkiem niezła. Przyzwoite, aczkolwiek nie porywające, trochę niezbalansowane. Mimo wszystko warte uwagi.

Butelka 0,5 z datą ważności 05.07.2016 Aromat: zaraz po otwarciu butelki wyraźne cytrusy, niestety już po kilku minutach wyczuwalna tylko podbudowa słodowa karmelowo-ciasteczkowa, trochę miodu, gdzieś w tle wkrada się diacetyl. Barwa: jasny bursztyn, delikatnie przymglone. Piana: biała, delikatnie przybrudzona, średnia, drobno pęcherzykowa, opadając delikatnie zdobi szkło. Smak: karmelowo-zbożowy, złamany średnią goryczką. Jest zbyt mdłe jak na APA, za bardzo pełne, i słabo pijalne pomimo średnio-niskiego wysycenia, za tą cenę.. lepiej dołożyć 2pln i kupić coś pewnego.

Golden colored beer with medium foam. Spicy and herbal aroma. Slightly smoke. High sweetness, medium to high bitterness. Not spicy in taste. Oily texture, medium body.

Amber colored beer with medium, steady head. Spicy aroma with hints of cereal and flowers. Also some citrus hints are present. There’s not much earl grey smell in it (if any). Unfortunately I don’t know how hibiscus flower smells like. :P Medium to high bitterness, Low to medium sweetness. Light body, low carbonated.
