Bottle that I picked up from Aldersbacher brewery and consumed at home Sunday 11th June 2023 after a walk to Hotel Ostermeir, Gütlsdorf, listening to Tom Robinson on 6Music - I had Salmon and Cream Cheese stuffed Conchligone tonight and a nice homemade coleslaw. Pours mid copper with an off white head. A little toffee, nuts, roasty with an underlying bitterness (though low in intensity) pretty good.

Bottle at Waldwirtschaft Bienenheim, Lochausen Saturday 25th May 2023. Pours clear gold, white head, middling carbonation. Taste is a little buttery (diacetyl) just noticed bottle is out of date by more than 2 months. Not great.

On tap *I think, at Vesperia, München, Wednesday 29th March 2023 we have a Billy Nomates gig tonight at Strom München. Pours hazy yellow/light amber with a white head. Very banana in the mouth, really soft carbonation, a light yeastyness and spice kick. It's very good.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma bianca fine media persistenza, colore oro velato, al naso frutta maura miele spezie, in bocca è cremosa malto pale caramello miele, corpo medio, carbonazione moderata, buon dolce con amaro moderato. La dolcezza la rende molto piacevole e facile da bere. Una Maibock fatta come si deve. Ottima equilibrata, mi piace. c. Luppoli e Uva Varese 19.11.22

500 ml bottle. Lightest pale golden with a small head. Lots of wort, grain, hay, straw, light citrus. Grainy worty sweetness, slightly dry. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, mild dry sweet finish. Not bad!

33cl bottle. A clear orange brown beer with a beige head. Aroma of strong dark malt, caramel, red malt, some nuts. Taste of caramelized dark malt, melasse, red malt, honey, straw.
