Tap at HBF 2014, Helsinki. Colour is slightly cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, hops and malts. Very flat and simple. Some promising elements.

Tap @hbf14. Amber color, white head. Nutty, bready aroma, citrusy notes in the back. Flavor has nutty notes, grapefruit, oranges. Bitter finish. Nice one. Musty.

Draught @ HBF ’14
Aroma has grainy malt, some fruity hops and hints of peaches. Flavour has peaches, some minerals and distant hay notes. Also some honey. Finishes with a grainy feeling. Nice, but no big feelings here.

50cl bottle. Dark brown, thin head. Bready and malty aroma, some chocolate notes. Flavor has bready malt, chocolate and sweetness. Long bready finish. Plain and simple. Decent brew.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Pale golden with moderate off white spotting. Nose is tarte apple, straw, light smoked gammon effect, glue. Taste comprises tangy apples, orchard notes, apple skin. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Ok cider.

Ripe and floury apples in the aroma. Also some acidic white wine notes in the background. Flavour has sweetish, floury and ripe apples. Leathery palate. Too straightforward and thin, I like the leathery notes though.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with no head. Aroma is dry apples. Tart and crisp apples. Citric and dry. Sourish apples finish.

Pours clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has notes of red apples, alcohol and white sugar. Taste is light to medium sweet with a long sweet apple with a slightly dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. A clear, light sparkling cider with a small, white head. The aroma has sweet apples and a faint spiced touch. The flavor has the same sugary sweet apples and spiced hint, pretty much the same finish. Medium body, semi-dry. Pretty decent, but overall it’s too sweet. 140228
