Bottle. Black body with a dense beige head. Strong and nice aroma of dark malt and coffee. Flavor is moderate sweet, dark roasted malt, coffee, dry fruit and moderate bitterness. Fine balanced body and pleasant aftertaste that ends rather dry. Smooth, rather classic imp. Stout.

Hazy it looks like juice. Aroma is fruity and sour. Taste is also fruity ans sout.

Final state, Mississippi 🏞️ shame that they didn’t have this at GABF but great to finally taste it!

Bottle at d.b.a., New Orleans. Aroma is brown malts with caramel and notes of pecan nuts. Sweetish and light bitter flavour, body is almost medium. Rudimentary but a bit nutty indeed, still I would have liked a heavier pecan aroma. Decent.

Mississippi Gulf Trip. Clear gold in color. Aroma was grains and straw. Taste was well balanced with a hint of grain sweetness and straw.

Mississippi Gulf Trip. Dark brown in color. Aroma is dark roasted grains and bourbon barrel. Taste is also dark roasted grains and bourbon barrel.

Bottle. Deep brown with a tan head. Aroma was mostly coffee. Taste was also mostly coffee. Just an average tasted coffee ale.
