Hazy light amber colour. Aroma is sweaty and caramelly. Body is mainly caramelly wiht light doughy notes and a hint of toast from the hops, which seem fuggley. This isn’t made with extract, is it? It has that gasoline-like note and slight underattenuation I had in a lot of my old extract homebrews. Nonetheless, my head’s in Mississippi. Cheers, Jay!

Thanks to Aracauna for the Party Pig! Hazy orange amber color with a moderate head. Caramel aroma, little from the hops. Sweet caramel flavor, a bit of vanilla maybe, smooth and light. Well rounded but very easy going.

Party Pig thanks to Aracauna! This pours a creamy off white head over a crystal clear deep amber body that shows lots of ruby red in the light. Nice smooth aroma that is nutty yeast and bread dough. Flavor is very sweet and nutty although not as full and forecful as I like. Good brown ale with an interesting note from the Pecan that helps it to rise above the average.
