Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear deep golden with a lively, rough off-white head. Some citrusy hops in the nose - and a whiff of phenols. Medium body, excessive carbonation, sweet fruit and a little aroma hops. Very subdued bitterness. 090710

0.33L bottle, small head, clear dark orange colour, bordering on the brown, aroma of wheat, spicey hops and peach, aroma of wheat, jam, medium hoppy bitterness and some metalic notes, long light sour aftertaste. Feels a little overcooked, fair.

12 ounce bottle courtesy of fata2683, 4/18/10. Thanks! Pours a hazy orange color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of leafy, earthy hops with lots of malts and some nutty notes. The taste is citrus hops with a resiny bitter finish. Some pale malts as well. Medium bodied. Average pale ale.

Bottle. Beer of the Month club. Clear golden color with a quickly-diminishing medium white head. Spicy aroma with some coriander notes, wheat, a bit of flowers, citric notes and fruits. Slightly over-spicy flavor with some sweet malt, bread and some fruitiness. Finishes drier, slightly grassy, with a bit of hops. Light-medium body.

At a tasting, thanks Shahar, clear beautifull reddish colour, aroma of granola, banana, pecan pie, and brown sugar, flavour of soapy yeast, light nuttiness and some fruit and a light mellow sweetness, light medium sweet aftertaste. Intriguing and original.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks Shachar. Beer of the Month club. Clear brown. Malty aroma with nuts, caramel a bit of chocolate and carob. Nutty flavor with malt, somewhat sugary and a bit artificial, with pecan and fruit. Light-medium-bodied. Not my thing.

Draught at Prime Bar Tampa: Poured a amber brown clear with a thin off white head. Aroma was sweet and nutty. Taste is sweet malt and finished like a pecan pie. I expected it to taste a bit bitter in the finish with the nuts, but it had a real sweetening affect.

From my beer club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a vibrant golden-amber color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was sour, tangy and citric with an odd off element that was almost skunky and nearly industrial. The flavor was sweet, tangy and yeasty with notes of sugar and citrus. Long tangy, sugary and yeasty finish. Eh.
