Das beste belgische 🇧🇪 Bier an diesem Abend kam aus Italien 🇮🇹, wobei es über einen französischen 🇨🇵 Klostershop bestellt wurde. Es ist ein intensives Belgian Strong Ale, das all die tollen Aromen nach Trockenfrüchten 🍑🍓🫐🍇liefert und diese in ein schweres Malzbad steckt und ordentlich Alkohol serviert. Dabei wird es aber nicht überladen, sondern bleibt freundlich und schön sanft zu trinken. Sicher kein einfaches Bier aufgrund der Komplexität, aber so harmonisch gestaltet ist, dass es einfach schmeckt. Wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert.

Közepes, azonnal elolvadó hab, vörösesbarna szín. Kissé alkoholos, karamelles, gabonás illat. Gabonás, karamelles, aszalt gyümölcsös ízek. Testes, alig szénsavas, enyhén keserű. Tipikus barley wine, finom, de átlagos.

Il gusto al naso resta catturato dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto trasparente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è medio. L'intensità gustativa è normale. La continuità gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato arrivano note di pane, cereali e agrumi.

L'intensità olfattiva è un timido profumo e la costanza olfattiva è corta. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Al gusto vengono donati toni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e frutta passita.
