Description
Cellarmaker Brewing Company has been in the works for quite some time. Look for our beers to start making their way around better known beer bars and beer focused restaurants in San Francisco starting in September.
We have a tasting room in the same building as the brewery and will offer tasters, pints, and growlers. Some beers may be bottled further down the line but for now it's all draft. The only way you can take our beer away is in the form of a growler - which by the way, is a great way to drink beer!
Look for a focus of plenty of hoppy beers, belgian-style saisons, dark beers, and sour beers. We are huge fans of wine and bourbon barrel aged beers as well so it's only natural for us to have a barrel program. Think bourbon barrels loaded with big chewy imperial stouts, excessively hopped IPAs, fruited sour beers, and funky saisons. This is what we love. This is what we are all about. We hope you are too!
Please follow along for the ride as we build San Francisco's next great brewery.
Cheers!

Gold, bright. Medium malt, again a bit sticky. Okay balance, cleaner pale.

Amber, bright, kind of sticky, sweet, light biscuits. It's not bad but lacks malt richness.

Draft at the Beer Temple, Amsterdam. Poured a slightly hazy yellow golden colour, with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, lemon citrus. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a smooth, fresh, grassy, dank, light citrus, woody hop bitter palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

From Good Times Oakland, canned November 10th 2025.
It pours an extremely hazy orange with a small but long lasting head of foam. Lacing is excellent.
The smell is pineapple, tropical fruit, big dank notes, pine.
The taste is pineapple, citrus, dankness, pine, light lemon. Very juicy.
Medium bodied, good Hazy Pale Ale but I could only drink 1 in a session.

Grapefruit anf pineapple. Light Nelson, some nectarine in here. Clear golden pour without much head. Light bitter end. I kind of enjoyed the Electric Eye and Hop Slanging a little more just now, though this is still good. Bitter end with a hint of hop tang. Tap at Dominion.
